Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 18th-19th, 2010 at Lighthouse Cove Lion’s Community Park. 999 Quenneville Dr, Lakeshore, Essex County, ONT N0R 1N0
Start Time: 10:00am Saturday Sept 18th       –    End time: 6:00pm Sunday Sept 19th

 
Site is DISCREETLY DAMP and open to the public.

Site is RUSTIC and on the water – dress warmly and for the weather.

Fees: Daytrip: $8/adult, $4/adolescent (between ages 13 and 17), kids free.

Camping: $10/adult, $5/adolescent,  kids free.

Non-Member Surcharge: $5

Activities

Archery: Straight range practices only, though a tourney could be organized by participants.  Feel free to bring novelty targets.  Marshall: Forester Eamon MacGowan of Sligo

Fencing/Heavy Fighting: The tennis court supplies two fenced-in lists, for pickup fighing. Fencing Marshall: TBA.  Heavy Fighting Marshall: Titus Decimus Brutus. 

Children’s Activities: Full enclosed play area with new equipment; fishing derby from 10am to 12pm.   More activities planned, dependent upon attendance.

Merchants: in lieu of site fee, $25 of wares per merchanting tent.

Classes:  TBA:  So far, a circle dance class, and perhaps a stained glass class.

Those who teach classes will get 50 percent off their site fee, and may charge materials fees to students.

Lunch Tavern during the day, both days.

Dinner: by Rhianna DuBois – (angelhorsecharlie@yahoo.ca – 519-254-4167)

Cost: $5/diner … no kids’ pricing as we are using bread bowls and cannot halve them.

Menu:

 On the table: pickles, cheese, bread and butter

salad

beef  and sweet potato stew in bread bowl ( contains marsala which contains egg)
or vegetarian stew in bread bowl
 
blueberry peach cobbler for desert with ice cream (vegan)

Please RSVP before September 16th, by contacting Rhianna, and call ahead if you have allergies or menu questions – accommodations can and will be made if you call early enough.

Bonfire and bardic circle at sundown, both days.

Warning: As the site is on the water, it is likely to be cold at night.  Take appropriate precautions.
